for an address type in <a href="the url">The text you want for the link <\a>.So for yours it would be<a href="http://www.metacafe.com/watch/28661/lance_armstrong_enjoy_the_weather/">Click Here<\a>'a' stands for anchor 'href' stands for html reference. The \a terminates the anchor. Check out this really simple guide to html. It will allow you to make your posts way more interesting :)
